Big Rocket have officially launched! After many years in the making, we are over the moon to say we are open for business.

Even before officially taking off, we have been hard at working taking brands and businesses into orbit. We've been fine-tuning our systems to ensure we have everything any business could need to take them to a galaxy far, far away. Plus this has given us plenty of time to come up with space-related puns.

In this, our very first blog, we will share who we are, what we do and what we're all about. We're looking forward to showing the universe what we can do, so prepare for launch, we're heading into light-speed.

What Is Big Rocket?

Big Rocket is a full-service agency specialising in Web Design, Ecommerce, Branding and of course Digital Marketing. We take brands and businesses from where they are now to where they want to go and provide everything they need to get there.

We are an agency for businesses that have tried agencies and not gotten anywhere, for brands that have tried digital services and have been disappointed with the results and for brands that want to launch with the full force of experts behind them.

Big Rocket is results-proven team with over 10 years of experience building successful brands and businesses through the use of strategic marketing and creative design.

Where did Big Rocket come from?

Big Rocket is the sister agency to Promotions Interactive. Where Big Rocket is a full-service digital marketing agency for SMEs, Promotions Interactive is a promotional tech provider to global enterprises. Promotions Interactive works with some of the world's biggest brands to create the mechanics behind promotional campaigns and competitions that boost brands, retain existing customers and gain new ones. In short, those promotions you see on the packaging of products at the supermarket, it's highly likely Promotions Interactive had some involvement on those.

Even though Promotions Interactive doesn't provide digital marketing services, we would still receive a large number of enquiries asking if we would consider helping brands. We would also receive enquiries from folks who had seen our own internal projects for our own internal brands and who would want us to do the same for them.

So due to popular demand, we built a small team to take on these requests, but the demand just kept growing.

We realised we needed a separate agency that specialises in these services and so Big Rocket was created.

Our Mission

To take brands that boldly go to a galaxy far, far away. What that means for those who don't understand space movie references is we help brands launch and businesses grow. We do this through our expertise in the digital world of design and marketing to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

There are a lot of great agencies out there, but while most will focus on the services their business offer, we focus on the bigger picture of your business.

Our overall goal is to encourage growth and growth looks different for every business. For some that's doubling turnover and for others that's the ability to leave a certain platform and take control of their website. What ever growth looks like, we're here to help.

We only work with a small number of select clients at any one time. This ensures we have the resource required to take these businesses we partner with exactly where they want to go. We only say 'yes' to clients we feel we have a mutual bond with and ones we can see their vision and bigger picture. We have turned away large clients with big budgets to work with smaller clients with modest budgets, simply because we feel there was a better fit and we could see the potential.

You may have noticed our range of services is quite precise for a full-service agency and that's because we only offer what we know we excel at and what will give businesses the best growth. We don't claim to offer anything we're not experts in.

Our mantra is:

'You don't buy a plane ticket because you like sitting on a plane, you buy a plane ticket because you want to go somewhere.'

And the same can be said when it comes to marketing. Everything we do is completely custom. We don't use templates and we don't use WordPress. This may come as a surprise to some but we believe every business is different and therefore a 'one-service-fits-all' won't always get the best results. Everything we do is custom crafted in order to stand out and to gain the best result possible.
